I FINALLY understand why women in Singapore are shopaholics.
Went window shopping with cousin yesterday and she introduced me to high-end retail therapy. I tried on a pair of SD560 shoes.... good heavens, it was SO comfortable. Soft, well-fitted, non-of those chafing pains associated with new shoes. And the colours.... so pretty.... so very very pretty.... sigh.
Temptation was great but escaped without damage to wallet. It would have been so easy to just take out my credit card and swipe away. However, every cent saved is going to my own home. Until I finish that payment, it's discipline discipline discipline!!!!
I hope those shoes will still be around in another year's time.

Well done! My daugher is terrible putting you into such temptation.
she's into bags, I go for shoes! It was great fun :))
I love shoes too! hahhahah...you should see my "collection" ;p
And yes, I believe the classics will always be around :) Don't worry. ;) But really, if you want to buy a few pairs, might be worth your while to just go to Europe :p Savings on shoes can go to part of the cost of trip, which really is a good vacation experience as well!
Now, I know why, the moment my mom got into my car, she asked if (what she was holding at the front passenger seat) I bought a new bag...haha.
Shopping is fun, no? I like Cole Haan too...another time ;)
I keep telling my beutician I will leave my debit card at home, but I don't. I'm gonna have to "lock" my money in fix deposit..... I can go crazy with shopping sometimes.
