Marrakesh Bazaar Sunway Pyramid

Received a mailer from Sunway Pyramid that there was going to be a Middle Eastern Bazaar going on during the weekend. Bazaars??? I'm always drawn to shiny ethnic jewellery, but what really got my attention were shows featuring exotic belly-dancers accompanied with real-life snake.

So. Here we are at The Marrakesh, Pyramid 2.

Belly-dancing and snake show is at 2.00pm and 5.00pm every Saturday and Sunday during the month of April 2008. Spend more than RM50 (I bought a glittery bracelet!) in a single receipt in any Marrakesh outlet to redeem a tattoo absolutely free (applicable weekends only).

Sugar Rush at Delifrance

When deciding what to eat when dining out, I sometimes choose to skip the main course and go straight to dessert. Walked past Delifrance one fine day looking for something light and simple for lunch. Was thinking of a salad, crossaint or sandwich when this promoter standing outside the cafe seduced me into ordering this:

Bread pudding and hot chocolate.

Soft-centered pudding enveloped with glazed crust

Juicy raisins for that tangy sweetness

Lightly drizzled with creamy vanilla milk

Complemented with minted vanilla icecream.

Caloric content probably sky-high.

Tell me... How not to grow fat?!
